New Business Manager

Location: Remote UK – with regular travel throughout UK and Colchester

We are currently looking for a New Business Manager to join our team, either based locally to our Colchester office or remotely.

In this exciting growth phase, the role will contribute to increasing our income through effective sales development activity. The focus will be on attracting new trading brokers across our insurer, broker, and MGA distribution channels by promoting our full range of ancillary products and services.

To succeed, you should have a strong background in business-to-business sales within an insurance environment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Experience in legal expenses insurance and other ancillary lines is beneficial, complemented by full product training.

The successful candidate must be able to travel regularly throughout the UK and to our head office in Colchester if remotely based.
