Reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a small team of two within the marketing department, you will be a hands-on manager guiding the team to oversee the company's full marketing mix. Your focus will be on supporting SME customers' marketing and communication efforts related to the company's product portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing retention campaigns and brand activities
- Collaborating with senior leadership to shape strategy
- Managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with the support of agencies and internal teams
- Developing and executing campaigns to support SME customers in promoting products
- Creating marketing briefs and overseeing campaign execution
- Maintaining customer mailing lists using CRM Salesforce
