Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Ownership: Builds and maintains strong client relationships, tailoring services to customer needs. Leads and influences teams effectively. Ensures contracts are clear, with services aligned to revenue and EBIT targets. Protects margins (>25%). Manages WBS codes, estimates, POs/FOCs per business processes. Makes sound decisions, solves complex issues, and identifies growth opportunities. Builds trust and serves as a bridge to NTT DATA. Drives a cloud-first mindset.
• Project Delivery: Delivers projects per NTT DATA methodologies, ensuring budget, timeline, and quality targets. Manages risks, shares updates, and maintains change control. Reports progress and RAID status weekly. Establishes quality standards and plans risk mitigation. Applies a cloud-first approach to delivery.
• People Management and Development: Continuously develops technical and soft skills. Shares knowledge, mentors team members, and supports onboarding and development.
• Utilisation and Revenue: Drives revenue and utilisation targets. Manages project portfolios, resource deployment, and service delivery. Escalates and maximises revenue opportunities. Aligns with wider NTT and partner ecosystem. Minimises FOC days.
• Project Methodology and Organisation: Defines project delivery approach and plans resources, costs, and timelines.
• Contract Management: Understands complex contracts, monitors costs/benefits, and manages change requests.
• PM Tools (NTT DATA): Proficient in NTT DATA project tools and Cloud ALM.
• Technical & Business Management Integration: Contributes to technical discussions, supports decision-making with process understanding.
• Communication and Behaviour: Drives outcomes through leadership, moderates conflicts, and manages change confidently.
• Task and Time Management: Manages multiple sub-projects, sets milestones, and tracks delivery.
• Problem Solving: Makes sound decisions, escalates issues promptly when needed.
• Commitment: Champions company strategy, promotes integration, and gives/receives constructive feedback.
• Analytical Thinking: Applies structured thinking in complex situations, designs effective processes.
• Result Orientation/Quality Management: Owns project results, ensures quality, and leads resource and time management. Identifies and mitigates project risks.

• Relationship Management: Tailors approach to client needs, builds trust, and enhances NTT DATA’s reputation.
• Knowledge Management: Shares expertise, contributes to knowledge repositories, and promotes learning.
• Driving Value: Ensures services are clearly contracted to meet revenue and EBIT targets.
• Business Development: Supports pre-sales and identifies revenue opportunities. Comfortable presenting at CxO level.
• Leadership: Leads mid-to-large projects. Adapts leadership to diverse teams.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Owns project and commercial outcomes, especially on LE projects.
• Min. 10 years’ experience (6+ relevant domain, 2+ public cloud implementations).
• Delivered 10+ full project lifecycles (>2,000 person-days).
• Broad Activate methodology knowledge, preferably certified.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certified.
• Hands-on with Cloud ALM and its features.
• Managed multiple full SAP lifecycles; project values >£2M.
• Prince 2 and/or Agile (Scrum) experience preferred.
• Strong internal and external project reporting.
• Deployed SAP in at least 4 industries (e.g., discrete/process manufacturing, wholesale, consumer products).
• Skilled in producing high-quality documentation and leading workshops.
• Understands complex contracts and cost/benefit tracking.
• Technically proficient in integration discussions and process understanding.
• Full UK driving licence; flexible to travel and stay away from home.
• Confident, professional, and builds strong relationships at all levels.
