We are looking for experienced Site Managers to join a high-profile data centre project in the Netherlands. This is an on-site operational role — not a site lead position — focused on overseeing daily activities, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining smooth operations from your laptop.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations on-site at the data centre
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues across infrastructure, contractors, and teams
- Ensure health and safety compliance (SSSTS/SMSTS)
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations and site coordination
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with project leadership and subcontractors
- A European passport (required for rights to work in the Netherlands)
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Strong background in data centre operations
- Ideally holds one or more of the following: CNIT, CTPM, or CDCTP
