We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing scale-up in the green energy sector for the role of Principal Product Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that’s rethinking urban infrastructure to support a more sustainable future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and drive product vision and strategy by aligning market research, user feedback, and business goals into a cohesive roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, revenue, and implementation teams to ensure priorities are aligned, solutions are feasible, and outcomes deliver business value.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, balancing user needs, customer expectations, and business objectives at every stage.
- Communicate product plans, roadmaps, and progress clearly and confidently to clients, stakeholders, and senior leaders, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cultivate a hands-on, team-first culture in product management that encourages collaboration, ownership, and accountability.
