We are looking for an Operational Risk Assistant to join our team!
This role will help to support the Operational Risk Team in completing, reviewing and understanding any operational risk tasks assigned, in order to mitigate risk and deliver reporting requirements of the company. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, to ensure we are compliant across all areas of our business so good communication is key.
The successful candidate for this role will:
- Have good numerical skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent experience in data handling and analysis
- Proficient in using Excel
- Be an excellent communicator
Industry knowledge is not essential to this role but would be preferable.

Working Pattern
In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
