Coral Island is proud to be home to Blackpool\’s first NFFF Accreditation.

We operate on a large scale, with three indoor fish and chip shops and one dedicated takeaway, delivering consistent quality every time.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on a frying range or come from a chef background.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in serving top-quality fish and chips.

You should be a strong team player and able to stay composed under pressure.

Previous experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining correct cooking oil temperatures.
• Preparing and maintaining high-quality batter.
• Cutting and grading fish to standard.
• Ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Assisting with customer service when needed.

Contract Details:

• Full – Time.

Pay Rate:

• £13.00 per hour
