Infrastructure Support Analyst

This is an opportunity for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our client's Enterprise Services practice. This role is crucial in providing technical support and maintaining their IT infrastructure across multiple locations within the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for IT infrastructure, including incident management and daily user requests.
• Assist with the management and support of the client's IT applications, infrastructure, networking, and help desk across multiple offices within the EMEA region.
• Work closely with the IT team to resolve incidents and implement changes, adhering to established SLAs.
• Contribute to the enhancement of current processes to increase productivity and customer service.
• Support business users with IT-related queries and issues.
• Assist in documenting IT procedures and contributing to the IT Knowledge Base for efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the client's Corporate IT on various projects and security enhancements.
• Maintain strong relationships with peers within the global organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area, or a combination of education and training equivalent.
• Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally with exposure to infrastructure and operations.
• Working knowledge of IT Infrastructure and systems.
• Proficiency with technologies such as Azure, Cisco, VMware, O365, and Microsoft server stack.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good at organising, prioritising, and multitasking.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Capable of acquiring new knowledge through continuing education or other avenues.

Work Environment

• Office-based role with occasional remote work flexibility.
• May require occasional after-hours support for system maintenance or emergencies.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
