Nestled within the 12,000-acre Goodwood Estate, Farmer, Butcher, Chef is more than a restaurant – it’s a celebration of sustainability, creativity, and exceptional hospitality. Proudly sourcing from our own organic Home Farm, we connect every dish to the land, the seasons, and our 300-year heritage.

We’re looking for a passionate and commercially driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, deliver standout guest experiences, and shape a workplace culture where people truly thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspire and lead a high-performing team with energy, empathy, and pride
• Curate memorable dining moments that reflect our farm-to-fork ethos and Goodwood values
• Manage budgets, costs, and margins with a sharp eye for revenue opportunities
• Develop and coach your team, nurturing talent and creating pathways for growth
• Champion quality and innovation across food, drink, and customer service
• Collaborate with chefs, suppliers, and the wider Estate to deliver excellence
