Your role as a general cover supervisor is to ensure that all pre-set work is completed to a high standard, behaviour in the classroom is well-managed, and additional help is provided with classroom tasks when needed. No planning or preparation is required for this role; however, the successful candidate would need to be a proactive individual who can think on their feet when students require additional work or need adjustments to the task at hand.
