GROWTH & PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR
A pivotal role for a seasoned sales leader with a track record of success and deep expertise in driving growth and new client partnerships in RPO, MSP, SOW businesses.
This role sits within G-NIUS, Goodman Masson\’s highly successful RPO business, now an entity in itself, and part of the award winning GOOD TOGETHER group.
Reporting into the Executive Director of G-NIUS, you will own and execute the sales strategy, leveraging the success of G-NIUS and identifying new opportunities for future growth.
Targeting the UK market predominantly, the position can be fulfilled on a hybrid or remote basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a business plan and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored RPO solutions.
- Secure new clients and demonstrate a ROI on initiatives
- Work in partnership with the operations team, marketing, client services, data insights team to optimise all avenues for success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in winning new business within RPO, MSP, SOW or Recruitment agencies
- Deep understanding of the UK business landscape and talent market
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and market insights to inform sales strategies
- Able to translate complex requirements into clear, compelling, innovative solutions
- Can work well autonomously and as part of a team
- Innovative with a natural affinity to challenge the status quo
- Results driven with an entrepreneurial spirit
