Job Description This is a fixed term secondment cover position (until approximately end of April / early May). The Graduate Progression Communications & Outreach Coordinator sits within the Graduate Progression team of our Business Engagement Service. This team are focused on improving graduate outcomes and developing a comprehensive careers support offer for our graduate community. The post holder will use their expertise to enhance the ongoing development of a graduate progression communications plan and targeted graduate outreach activities. The successful candidate will also help to guide the coordination of employability related communications across the wider Beckett Careers team. The post holder will source, use and analyse data and insight to inform decisions and create content across multiple platforms that is attractive to different cohorts of graduates, current students, employers, and other stakeholders. The post holder will play an integral role in supporting with Sourcing and presenting data insights to better inform our understanding of our graduate population. Maintaining contact with graduates through a variety of communications methods. Understanding graduate destinations and improving response rates to the Graduate Outcomes Survey. Improving engagement in graduate support initiatives, online platforms, and social media channels. Providing additional mechanisms for employers to connect with our graduate community for the purposes of recruitment. A strong communicator, with an attention to detail, the successful candidate will have experience in creating content for multiple platforms and possess a proven history of driving engagement through adopting a data informed approach. The Business Engagement Service was established to bring together our student and graduate employability offer, within an externally facing unit to ensure a strategically impactful, employer informed careers education provision.
