Job Description Sizewell C. The power of good for Britain. Location: Sizewell C, site-based 5 days a week in Leiston, Suffolk (occasional weekend work will be required) Contract: Permanent, full-time. The ideal candidate will bring: Industry expertise: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, on projects, and working within regulated environments. Management skills: Supervising Tier 1 contractors and team members. Leadership capabilities: Ability to inspire teams, resolve complex issues, and foster collaboration. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with construction methodologies, CDM Regulations, and earned value management tools. Strong communication: Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
