We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Catering Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Cambridge CB25. This is a permanent position working 33 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Proposed start date 2nd June 2025.
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 3pm, Friday 7am to 1pm.
Our kitchen team enjoys full autonomy to craft expressive, seasonal menus made entirely from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients. We take pride in creativity, quality, and a passion for great food.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our small team of 4, where we pride ourselves on delivering excellent food and exceptional customer service. This role places a strong emphasis on engaging with our customers during breakfast and lunch service, so we are looking for someone personable, well-presented, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.
Our site serves a varied menu, including hot lunches, Buddha bowls, sandwiches, and a full English breakfast every Friday. In this dynamic role, you will assist with daily service while also:
- Operating a cashless till system
- Maintaining high front-of-house standards
- Providing hospitality for meeting rooms
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Supporting kitchen operations, including sandwich preparation and baking & decorating cakes
