  • Props & Accessories Management: Source, order, and return styling props and accessories; maintain inventory and coordinate with accessory brands for loans and press pieces.
  • Styling Kit & On-Set Tools: Maintain a fully stocked styling kit and ensure tools are available on set; manage inventory and returns for shoots.
  • Sample Coordination: Track, organize, and care for all samples; ensure samples are steamed, pressed, and returned in pristine condition; manage post-shoot sample returns and stock orders.
  • On-Set Styling: Ensure styling packs are available and looks are executed consistently; provide feedback to design on fit or quality issues.
  • Talent Management: Manage talent and time on set and maintain good rapport with a diverse range of talent.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with photographers, creative directors, MUAs, and hairstylists; coordinate with in-house teams to communicate USPs across styles, design, and production.
  • Trend & Competitor Research: Stay ahead of trends and analyze campaigns for inspiration.
  • Reporting: Analyze data and share key successes per collection and locale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record as a fashion stylist, preferably within a luxury or fast-fashion brand, with a portfolio. Strong e-commerce experience and a trained eye for silhouette, shape, and detail.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for colour, fabric, and fit; ensures every look is flawless.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage styling inventory, shoot schedules, and product returns with precision.
  • Creativity & Trend Awareness: Passion for fashion and the ability to forecast and execute on-trend looks.
  • Adaptability & Proactiveness: Thrive in a fast-paced environment; problem-solve and anticipate styling needs.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate creative direction and collaborate with multiple teams; charismatic to support global talent on set.
