We are looking for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to support the Room Leader in our Pre-school room and inspire a passionate childcare team in supporting children\’s learning and development.

A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required.
Duties
- Assist the Room Leader and colleagues with planning age-appropriate activities, following all guidelines laid out in the EYFS.
- Assist in the care, maintenance, and cleaning of all toys and equipment within the nursery, recording and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
- Be a responsible, reliable, and effective team member, working flexibly.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with parents/guardians regarding their child\’s development, encouraging active participation.
- Provide an appealing, creative, and stimulating environment.
- Ensure all company forms and procedures are completed correctly.
- Work within all company policies and procedures, reporting any breaches.
All successful candidates will be subject to safer recruitment checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS check.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year.
Starting salary: £28,828.80.
Additional Payment: For all Botley employees, an extra £0.30 per hour worked is paid as a weighting payment to recognize the nursery\’s location. This is included within the advertised salary. Subject to terms and conditions.
