Are you a confident and supportive leader with a passion for high standards and team development? We\βre looking for a Cleaning Duty Manager to join our Transport Division between London and Kent . In this role, you\βll lead a team of Cleaning Operatives helping maintain high cleaning standards across multiple rail sites and ensuring operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Supporting and guiding Supervisors and cleaning teams to meet high-quality service and safety standards.
Ensuring team members are trained in health and safety (including HSEQ and machinery use), and that training records are up to date.
Carrying out daily quality audits and reporting findings to the Account Manager.
Helping to recruit and onboard new team members when vacancies arise.
Leading regular staff briefings and monthly safety discussions (toolbox talks).
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in cleaning, FM, or a similar operational setting.
Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and (ideally) an IOSH certificate.
A calm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise under pressure. A people-first mindset β you\βre committed to supporting and motivating your team.
Ability to meet vetting requirements, including a 5-year work history check.
