Industrial Painters Wanted

Our client is seeking experienced industrial painters to join the team at their brand-new site in Pakowhai. Ideal candidate will be working in a manufacturing facility specializing in the design and fabrication of small to large-scale metal products. The work will involve painting a variety of industrial and agricultural equipment, including:

• Waste and tannery waste bins
• Heavy-duty metal containers
• Farming and agricultural equipment
• Steel structures, frames, and components

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Applying industrial coatings using spray guns (booth painting)
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
• Following health and safety standards and procedures
• Working closely with a small, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in industrial spray painting, ideally in a booth painting environment
• Strong understanding of industrial coating systems and surface preparation techniques
• Experience working with small to large-scale metal products
• A background in engineering, fabrication, or metalwork would be an advantage
• Pass pre-employment Drug screening

Job Details:Shift/Hours; Monday – Friday, 7am to 5pmPay rate; $28 – $30 Hourly.
