Concierge Security Officer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Security Support Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a supported living site in Hastings, TN34.

We have increased our hourly rates to attract the best candidates! If you have an SIA Licence and are seeking a role with support and development opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off night shift rota, 21:30 – 08:30.

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour.

Role responsibilities:

• Engage effectively with clients and visitors
• Act as first point of contact
• Manage keys and visitor sign-in/out procedures
• Complete security checks and patrols
• Monitor CCTV and record movements
• Conduct visual inspections for health and safety compliance
• Report emergencies and incidents
• Complete documentation and handover reports

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail
• Previous security experience is desirable but not essential
• Valid SIA Licence or application in progress
• Five-year employment history
• Willingness to undertake enhanced DBS check (paid for by Kingdom)
• Own transport is required
