Air Conditioning And Refrigeration Engineer

My Client is a nationwide HVAC installation company, currently looking to recruit an engineer to work on the warranty, service, and commissioning of their installations. Job Description Refrigeration and A/C Maintenance Engineer qualified to a recognised level (City & Guilds). You will be required to undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements, as well as highlighting the need for repairs, and submitting & undertaking quotations for any necessary remedial work accordingly. A company van, mobile phone, tablet, and uniform will be provided. Location Sites are nationwide, with approximately 85% located in and around the Home Counties. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance. Maintain and repair all kinds of air conditioning and refrigeration products in a commercial environment. Update Legal compliance documentation via a tablet (provided) to a high standard. Provide job and quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system, which provides live updates to clients. Manage your time and workload effectively and communicate regularly with your manager. Participate in a callout rota after a successful probation period. Necessary Skills Essential: Extensive experience in chillers, refrigeration, and air conditioning. F-Gas Qualification. Ability to carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures, and fittings. Perform servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings. Organise housekeeping tasks and arrangements. Good communication skills and a basic understanding of IT. Willingness to work overtime regularly to meet contract requirements. Full UK Driving Licence. Benefits Basic salary up to £50,000. Door-to-door travel.
