Weβre hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a core banking replacement β one of the most critical programmes in our client's business. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will need to adopt a proactive and collaborative approach that brings people along the journey with them, in order to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Your impact:
- Own and run the end-to-end delivery plan β timelines, resources, risks, reporting
- Manage all workstreams across IT, operations, finance, compliance and change
- Spot and resolve cross-cutting issues early β youβll be the one with the full view
- Align everything to business goals and regulatory needs
- Lead third-party vendors and delivery partners β making sure they deliver
- Manage offshore delivery teams as part of the programme
- Support business readiness β training, comms, change and adoption
- Work in both Agile and Waterfall modes β flexing your approach as needed
