We're looking for a Health and Safety Specialist for a leading Commercial Manufacturer in the UK. The client is a market leader whose service provision spans multiple channels. In return for your commitment, they will provide you with the know-how and support so you'll become a subject matter expert. Typical Responsibilities for a Health and Safety Specialist:

  • Undertake incident investigations.
  • Provide a monthly Occupational Report for the Head of SHE&Q.
  • Undertake auditing and inspections across the Business activities.
  • Provide input into the SHE management systems and risk assessment process.
  • Be the focal point for occupational risk management.

As a Health and Safety Specialist you will have:

  • H&S Qualification (Degree, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a hazardous industry at a similar level
  • Assist in the creation of risk assessments, safe systems of work and work instructions.
