Are you a strategic Quality Manager with a hands-on approach to quality? Do you have experience managing ISO systems within a manufacturing setting? Ready to make an impact in a key leadership role?
As Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the company's Quality and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, while also supporting integration of ISO 45001. This is a leadership role reporting into senior management and working cross-functionally with production, technical, sales and HSE teams.
Benefits:

- Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday, 8:00am - 12:45pm
- 36.25 per week

Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and continually improve the company's ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS
- Support implementation of ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality procedures are embedded at all stages.
- Provide live quality oversight during high-integrity or project-critical work
- Lead internal, external and third-party audits
- Ensure compliance across all quality documentation.
- Review project-specific inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality plans and method statements
- Liaise with client QA representatives and resolve quality-related concerns efficiently
- Validate vendor documentation and technical submissions
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and customer complaints
- Investigate root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions using tools like RCA, 5 Whys or Pareto
- Maintain clear and compliant quality records, material certs and calibration logs
Required Skills & Experience:
- HND or Degree in Engineering, Quality, or similar discipline
- ISO 9001 / 14001 Auditor Certification (Essential)
- 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager within manufacturing or engineering.
- Familiarity with fabrication, foundry or coating processes (Essential)
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Training in Lean, Six Sigma or other CI methodologies
