Dealing a successful and entertaining poker game is more about people than cards. You will deal both tournament and cash games efficiently and precisely, while entertaining the players at your table. You need to know the rules, provide a professionally dealt game, and do all of this with style to create a memorable guest experience.
You will:
- Welcome customers warmly into the business

- Work with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
- Deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and the card room supervisor
- Create an environment of community and fun
- Maintain immaculate technical standards in dealing, chips skills, bet calculation, and enforcing the rules of the game
- Interact with customers in ways that match their experience and ability in the game
- Maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets
- Proactively comply with all regulations, including licensing conditions and safer gambling practices
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude
- Experience in a hospitality role
- Previous experience as a poker dealer (Preferred)
- Passionate about delivering an unrivalled customer experience
- Ability to collaborate with the wider team
- Comfortable with change and embracing new ways of working
- Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work shifts at any time, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Must be prepared to work night shifts and weekends.
