As Business Development Lead, you will demonstrate professionalism and strong leadership. Your main focus will be driving business development for the client and supporting the internal team. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and help them reach their full potential. As a Subject Matter Expert in climate change and sustainability, you will develop and maximize the contract and consultancy experience for our clients. Additionally, you will oversee client projects, supervise consultants, and actively pursue new business opportunities to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategies for business growth.
  • Lead bid writing, proposal development, and tender responses.
  • Engage with clients, potential clients, and partners effectively.
  • Promote the business through social media and other channels.
  • Present case studies and lessons learned from projects.
  • Manage client accounts and identify further opportunities.
