Discover your smile, come work with us! We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a motivated young dentist to join our Swindon Central practice. Our practice has 5 surgeries and opened in April 2024. We provide NHS and Private Dentistry, offering a wide range of treatments including specialist services in-house. We utilize the latest technology, such as digital x-rays, CT scans/OPG, and rotary endo.

Located on the main High Street, our practice offers excellent growth potential through successful marketing and open days. We seek a motivated Associate Dentist interested in growing the business, with a special interest in Teeth Straightening being highly beneficial. We also offer a mentorship opportunity for experienced candidates, which can be highly rewarding. Our team includes an experienced Practice Manager, qualified and trainee dental nurses, a dedicated reception team, dentists, hygienists, and dental therapists.

About The Role

  • NHS Dentistry: Provide high-quality NHS dental services 2 days per week.

About You

  • A passionate individual committed to providing the highest levels of care to our patients.
  • An experienced, forward-thinking dentist/dental therapist who can build and maintain relationships with patients.
  • Confident in educating patients on how to improve their dental health.
  • Committed to providing care while maintaining CQC standards.
  • Qualified, GDC-registered Dentist or Dental Therapist with indemnity insurance.
  • Dentist must have an active NHS Performer Number.
  • Must hold a clear, enhanced DBS certificate.
  • CPD certificates and 2 clinical references.
  • Fully immunised (Hep B).
