£29,000 £33,000 per annum (incl. sleep-in allowance) | Full-Time | Permanent

We are proud to be supporting a well-established, Ofsted-approved residential childcare provider in the Crowland (PE6) area as they expand their services. As part of this growth, we are seeking Residential Support Workers to join their dedicated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a provider that delivers a therapeutic, child-centred environment for young people aged 10 to 18. Whether you are an experienced support worker or looking to start a rewarding career in children\’s residential care, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence essential

• Experience in a residential childcare setting is beneficial but not essential

• Flexibility to work longer shifts and complete sleep-ins (fewer shifts per week due to longer hours)

Services are based in Crowland, PE6 commutable from Peterborough, Spalding, and surrounding areas.
