Summary:

We are exclusive recruiters for one of the UKs fastest growing Salesforce Partners. This consultancy specialises on a particular industry, worth over 60 billion in the UK alone, and have grown to become the Salesforce partner of choice for this sector.

The two directors are heavyweight Salesforce architects, with a total of 30 years Salesforce experience between them. Due to their time in the ecosystem, they’ve successfully built a reputable, robust partner with a team of over 70 Salesforce Consultants.

They are an ambitious company, that is continuously growing rapidly quarter on quarter. They are now looking to bring on a Salesforce Technical Consultant (Developer), to be a part of the delivery team, responsible for contributing to the ‘advising, scoping, designing, building, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions to their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with clients, capturing requirements for new features
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce updates and emerging features to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support to maximize system efficiency.
  • Utilise development tools and concepts, such as Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Implement Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes

Desired/ Essential:

  • Confident speaker, presenting solutions back to stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Bachelors degree (UK) in a business or IT related field
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • 2+ years experience in hands-on Salesforce Development/Consulting
