We are recruiting for an Apprentice HGV Technician at Droitwich Depot (WR9 0LW).

Salary: £9.56 per hour (Year 1) | 40 hours per week

Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice HGV Technician.

This is your chance to earn while you learn and become a qualified Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Level 3).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inspect and maintain our HGV fleet to meet legal and company standards.
  • Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and transport them to test centres.
  • Record vehicle defects and minor accident repairs.
  • Learn about workshop safety, maintenance, and organisation.

Your Training & Development:

  • Qualification: Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician
  • Training Provider: S&B Automotive Academy, Bristol (block release)
  • Support: Dedicated mentor and structured learning plan

Your training will be split between block release at the provider's location in Bristol and practical learning on site. The provider and your mentor will support your time of learning offering support and guidance. We monitor your Apprenticeship to ensure you achieve mandatory requirements, core skills, knowledge and occupational behaviours in preparation for your End Point Assessment.
