  • The candidate will cover multiple financial subsectors and geographies, involved in all M&A execution and origination of new deals.

Summary Of Responsibilities

  • Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions across the FIG sector.
  • Conduct industry and company research, perform quantitative analysis, company valuation, and financial modelling.
  • Prepare and present pitches for clients, investors, and the broader investment community.

Required Profile

  • University graduate, ideally with internship or work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial services.
  • Genuine interest in banks, insurance, exchanges, and other financial subsectors.
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Articulate, professional, and well-presented.
  • Highly motivated and committed.
  • Detail-oriented and diligent.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Excellent team player.
