About the Role:
As the Health and Safety Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to champion a positive safety culture across a complex and dynamic organisation. Reporting to the Senior Health & Safety Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the health and safety specialist, providing expert advice and support.
- Conducting inspections, audits, and proactive monitoring to ensure compliance.
- Influencing and coaching leadership teams to drive positive safety behaviours.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of safety practices.
- Playing a pivotal role in achieving ISO 45001 certification.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification and Tech IOSH accreditation.
- Proven experience delivering health and safety support in complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
