Land / Topographical Surveyor This challenging and exciting opportunity requires a qualified Land Surveyor or Topographical Surveyor possessing at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. An attractive basic salary (permanent) plus bonus, fully expensed commercial vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package are on offer to the successful candidate. The role involves local works/sites only, with no requirement to work away from home. Due to the company\’s continued growth and a significant forward workload of contracts, our client seeks an experienced Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor responsible for leading and managing all surveying aspects of complex projects. The position will support engineering, project, and site management teams. The Role Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted on site. Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, lines, and other terrain characteristics to produce accurate volumetric information. Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys. Take measurements and survey data to determine positions and elevations. Process surveys and earthworks for ground modelling. Carry out surveys and as-builts using Total Station equipment. Support various sites, teams, and managers in the successful delivery of projects. Proficiency with industry-related software (AutoCAD 3D, BIM, or N4CE, for example).
