The Waterside Group has been providing luxury holiday parks and holiday home sales for 60 years. With three parks in Dorset—Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park, and Osmington Mills Lodge Park—near Weymouth Beach and harbour, guests can easily explore Dorset's attractions. In 2020, we expanded outside Dorset to Tregoad Holiday Park in Cornwall, offering incredible countryside views over Looe Valley.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Seasonal Chef located in Looe. The Seasonal Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food presentation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing kitchen inventory, and assisting in menu planning. The Seasonal Chef will also collaborate with kitchen staff and ensure food safety regulations are adhered to.
Qualifications:
