We’re looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team within a company that truly prides itself on its family-like work culture. As a leader in their industry, they offer a welcoming environment where your administrative expertise will play a key role.
Key responsibilities for a Operations Administrator:
- Monitoring a shared inbox and taking ownership for enquiries relating to your customers.
- Processing orders for bulk, independent and dropship customers.
- Processing orders using the inhouse system.
- Using in house system to arrange bookings and processing delivery notes to the warehouse.
- Dealing with inbound calls and emails from retail and end consumer enquiries.
- Liaising with the Shipping team and advising customers of amendments to delivery dates.
