The predicted salary is between 22600 - 25000 £ per year.

Salary: £26,213 - £28,435 per annum pro rata to hours

Hours per Week: 25.50, 20.50 & 19.00 hrs

This post works a four-week rota which includes weekends and bank holidays; you work every other weekend.

The Role:

Do you want to make a difference to someone’s life? Do you have the enthusiasm and passion to enhance the lives of the individuals we support? You will need to be flexible, sensitive, use your own initiative, as well as having a can-do attitude. You will be working as part of an enthusiastic and experienced team.

  • To continuously review administrative processes and procedures to identify potential improvements.
  • To implement new/revised administration systems including telephone procedures, filing manual and computerised, record storage etc.
  • To maintain records including personnel, absence, holiday, and time attendance records, expenses, annual leave, timesheets.
  • To process payments & invoices including debtor accounts and re-charges.
  • To administer and reconcile the petty cash Impress account, Bed Statements.
  • Repair Reporting, Ordering of Supplies/shopping when required, Bed sheets/dates planning the working week.

There will be a short IT test to support your understanding of your skills.
