This is an opportunity to join a growing global company that has been established for over 20 years. You will work within the regulatory and transformation programmes. Responsibilities Align business goals with effective technology solutions. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements. Lead initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts. Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document requirements, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. Qualifications Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge. Ability to advise and promote adoption of methods and tools, and ensure adherence to policies. Experience in planning, scoping, and requirements definition for complex initiatives. Knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques. Ability to influence stakeholders on techniques and approaches.
