About The Role

Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our brand new Supported Living Service in Mexborough, Doncaster? We are seeking Support Workers to join our specialist residential service at Supported Living. A career as a Support Worker is rewarding, challenging, and offers a unique level of job satisfaction. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality support, safeguarding, and promoting the needs of the people we support.

Your role will involve supporting individuals with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences. You will have a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off. This includes 2 morning shifts (07:00 - 15:30) and 2 afternoon shifts (15:00 - 21:30). This is a fulfilling and impactful role, offering you the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we support at Hesley Group.

About You

We are looking for Support Workers with a β€˜can-do’ attitude, outgoing, caring, and able to remain calm when needed. Experience is not essential; we value the right attitude and shared values. We will provide first-class training when you join and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We support your progression, including assistance with your Level 2 qualification to become a fully qualified Support Worker. We value our employees and invest in their development.
