MCS Group is currently working alongside a leading Managed IT provider to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join the growing team. The successful candidate will assist in marketing the brand and support the sales function of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who wishes to be exposed to and involved with all aspects of marketing in this varied marketing role. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
- Contribute to event organisation, including in person and virtual events across NI and ROI
- Support content creation across WordPress Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, Blogs and PR
- Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to optimise strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure aligned messaging, branding, and promotional activities
- Customer Success Management: Support ongoing customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, and resolution of post-sale issues
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly
- QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Preparation: Assist in the preparation and delivery of QBRs, including gathering performance data, usage metrics, and customer feedback
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather missing information, clarify order details, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Essential Criteria:
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/sales support role B2B
- Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), MS Office, WordPress CMS, Canva, MailChimp and GA4
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset with a high level of dedication and ability to work to deadlines
