The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating the development and execution of product marketing activity for products within the Credit and Verification Services portfolio. This role will work closely with our go-to-market, product management and market engagement teams to build relevant propositions and product marketing assets with customer needs and business requirements.
You will help improve market awareness of our products and drive engagement amongst our key markets to increase sales revenue and prominence of our brand, supporting the positioning and sales enablement of existing products within the portfolio, as well as new products and key strategic initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced marketer who can get things done, support this initiative, bring innovative and creative thinking to the positioning of our products and create engaging and thought provoking content that positions our key capabilities.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of markets and buyers in order to devise and develop relevant propositions
- Drive clear communications to support the product management team to articulate our value proposition and product development.
- Provide clarity, simplicity and transparency to the positioning and communication of our core products and services to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Develop a deep understanding of our market segments, competition, and buyers by leveraging insights from internal and external sources to create value propositions, positioning, and messaging which resonates with buyers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and sales content, plus go-to-market strategy plans for assigned products/solutions.
- Work with product teams and other experts to create enablement content, including competitive and trend analysis, market segmentation, and FAQs.
- Support the development of a range of product marketing programs, as required, including customer case studies, demo videos, and product training courses.
- Work with and influence content marketing and demand generation strategy with multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Liaise with Product, Legal and Compliance teams on value proposition, product positioning and messaging to ensure these are compliant and fit-for-purpose to ensure we meet our regulatory responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Sales Trainers and Marketing Comms teams on product launches and reporting of commercial and operational KPIs
- Create value propositions and messaging strategies
- Ability to link product capabilities to organizational campaign themes and goals
- Critical thinker with strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills
- Relevant domain expertise and market trends, experience in Commercial Credit, FinTech, Financial Services markets is strongly preferred.
