Exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Platform Development Manager to join a dynamic team in an international organisation. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the development and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions. This role is key to ensuring that our clients Salesforce platform is optimised for performance, scalability and integration with other business applications. Experience managing Salesforce development teams Strong experience with Agile methodology, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development. Experience implementing Salesforce in large Enterprise organisations Experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation, and integration with other enterprise systems. Experience in creating and presenting business cases for new product initiatives, including financial analysis and ROI estimation. Salesforce Platform Manager – Skills & Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs. Knowledge of deployment/backup tools (Gearset / OwnBackup) Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) You will be responsible for managing the Salesforce product backlog, defining business requirements, ensuring seamless product delivery, and maximizing the value of our Salesforce platform to meet organisational goals. This role is key to ensuring that our clients Salesforce platform is optimised for performance, scalability and integration with other business applications. Furthermore, you will lead the creation of the product business case to secure continued value & ROI; in addition to ensuring resource availability and objective alignment for new Salesforce initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, business processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
