The ideal candidate will have ground and general maintenance work experience, and this position will be for Spalding as well as the Gosberton site. Includes large scale estate maintenance, landscaping, soft and hard infrastructure maintenance, key holding duties and any other duties as directed by the Hub Manager at Spalding, Site Manager at Gosberton or Facilities from HQ. This job is based out of our recently-acquired Spalding site (PE11 3YR).
Requirements:
- Previous experience with ground and general maintenance work
- Ability to work independently & confident with manual handling tasks
- Previous experience complying with health and safety legislation relating to the role advertised
- Full UK Driving License
Work pattern:
- Guaranteed 40 hours pay per week
- 07.30 start time Monday - Friday
- Occasional Saturday working (with Time Off In Lieu or Overtime)
Pay Rates:
- Monday - Friday: Β£12.21 p/h
Other Benefits:
- 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
