About Our Team You will work with a team spanning the UK and India, providing strategic and technical security guidance to multiple stakeholder groups. Your role includes managing your team and fostering a high-performance security culture, collaborating with Cirium’s Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to align security priorities. About The Role As Manager of Information Security, you will safeguard information systems and assets by identifying and resolving security issues. You will work with engineering teams across the UK and India, report to the VP of Technology, and play a pivotal role in our operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Provide security direction for multiple teams in the UK and India. Manage your team and promote a security-focused culture. Promote Incident Response, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Disaster Recovery practices. Implement industry security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and AWS Well-Architected Framework. Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization, working with stakeholders to deliver value. Track and report on security initiatives to senior leadership using data-driven metrics. Requirements Experience in solving complex security issues both technically and strategically, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work with platform development teams to implement secure solutions and manage large-scale security projects. Experience in managing and coaching teams, influencing security practices at all organizational levels. Ability to balance security frameworks with business needs and promote their adoption over time. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse global teams.
