CRANSWICK GOURMET KITCHEN IN HULL IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS TEAM AND IS RECRUITING FOR HYGIENE OPERATIVE POSITIONS – FULL TIME, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, DAY SHIFT

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Gourmet Kitchen. Located in Hull, this bacon facility uses the best cuts of British Pork, fresh herbs, and spices. Cranswick is the UK\’s leading producer of gourmet sausages, supplying major retailers and food service outlets. The state-of-the-art facility opened in 2021 and is dedicated to producing artisan food at scale. The company invests heavily in innovation and supports career development and progression, helping employees fulfill their potential.

Our client is looking to expand the team and has immediate opportunities for Hygiene Operatives on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. They seek reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking candidates, with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning utensils and equipment
2. Maintaining cleaning supply stocks
3. Ensuring open product is removed or covered before cleaning
4. Cleaning equipment such as ovens, lines, and meat machines
5. Following work instructions and procedures
6. Working independently and as part of a team
7. Demonstrating a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
8. Adhering to high standards of Health and Safety
9. Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures

We Can Offer:

1. Pay rate of £12.56 per hour
2. Working hours: 6.30am – 3.00pm
3. Immediate starts after registration and induction
