Purpose of the Position

The objective of the role is to meet the daily operational and SHEQ targets assigned to the operator within the operational framework of the Electro Silver Plant. The operator is required to meet daily operational targets by operating the Silver Electro-Refining Circuit, Silver Leach sections, Silver Granulation, and related processes.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (Included but not Limited To)

• Operational responsibilities as prescribed by the Production Plan towards achieving departmental targets:

• Ag Stock < 6.1 tons in silver SLOCs;
• Au Stock < 200 kg in silver SLOCs;
• Ag process efficiency > 99%;
• Electrosilver banks conversion > 90%;
• Ensure 99.90% – 99.99% Silver Granules quality; ensuring Au < 100 ppm in the granules;
• Responsible for reporting all incidents;
• Conduct on-the-job training of new employees in a section;
• Plan and execute operational targets as prescribed by the Production Plan and Silver Orders;
• Attend weekly incident recall meetings;
• Attend daily toolbox meetings.
