Hi, I'm Tristan! I was born in 2000 and live with complex physical, psychological, and communication needs due to an injury at birth. But that's just one part of my story. I'm fun-loving, sociable, and I love getting outdoors, shopping, attending day services, and having a good laugh with my support team. Keeping things upbeat and engaging is really important to me.

I'm looking for Support Workers to join my care team - people who are calm, proactive, and bring a sense of structure and fun to my day. You'll be helping me live life to the fullest, supporting me with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and social outings. I use a wheelchair and am gastrostomy fed, so confidence in these areas is essential.
