The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As an IT Systems Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of ensuring our IT systems run smoothly and
efficiently, supporting the technology needs of our growing organization. From troubleshooting
technical issues to coordinating with vendors and supporting system upgrades, you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations.
Your day-to-day:
- Provide IT support for our onsite team, maintaining our hardware, software, network, and facilities.
- Support HR and the wider Operations team by managing employee transitions and user licensing.
- Manage our cloud-based systems and platforms, including Microsoft 365, Zoom Workplace, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee our custom Salesforce application, managing ongoing development, maintenance, user administration, and reporting.
- Maintain our onsite network infrastructure, prioritising reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate cybersecurity risks and implement mitigation solutions.
- Action GDPR requests for data access and deletion.
- Champion our IT systems, and implement broader IT strategies for the future
You will possess:
- Proven experience in IT support and systems administration, particularly with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and network management.
- Proficiency in software administration and troubleshooting across multiple platforms (Zoom, Adobe, Avast, Cognism, etc.).
- Strong scripting or programming skills for automation and ad-hoc development.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity certifications, GDPR compliance, and data security best practices.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle physical tasks (e.g., hardware setup) when required.
