What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie in this contract catering site in Bolton HMP site, you will report to the Head Chef working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards. You will be working Monday to Friday 0630-1500 with a great team of Chefs preparing food for the dining facilities and hospitality events, alongside managing food service counter.
