They need a hands-on outbound sales player/manager. This person will lead outbound sales from the front, inspiring a team of 5 BDRs and selling to customers across pharmaceutical, biotech and private health.

Here's what you'll be doing in the first 12 months:

  • Driving new revenue in line with the ambitious company vision
  • Hands-on sales. You'll be leading from the front, driving outbound selling.
  • Building, recruiting and developing your own BDR team
  • Coaching existing team and helping progress their careers
  • Leading and growing the customer base across the UK, US and Europe
