We’re seeking an experienced Finance Director to take ownership of the financial direction of a dynamic, values-driven business based in South Devon. The Role

As Finance Director, you’ll oversee all areas of financial planning, reporting, governance and team development. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Director:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning
  • Act as a key advisor to the Board on commercial strategy and business growth
  • Oversee cash flow, treasury, and risk management processes
  • Ensure financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance
  • Drive improvements in systems, processes, and automation
  • Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For in the Finance Director:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
  • Proven experience in a multi-site or group structure environment would be beneficial
