Impact Recruitment are currently working with an exciting client who are recruiting for Production Packers to join their business on a Permanent basis. This means you will be directly employed by the company, receiving Full Training with the opportunity to progress.

As a Production Packer you will be working at the end of a production line to support with boxing and palletising finished products. This is a repetitive job and requires you to work both Day Shift AND Night Shift.

Pay: £27,016 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Shift: Panama Shift 42 hours per week (Days and nights working 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am)

Full uniform provided. Overtime paid at 1.5x. All breaks are paid (2x 15 minutes and 1x 30 minute). Progression and training opportunities. Free parking.

Responsibilities:

  • Packaging items from a production line
  • Boxing and labelling
  • Moving boxes onto a pallet
  • Wrapping Pallets
  • Using a pump truck to move pallets
  • Completing basic quality checks
  • Counting of products
  • Following order notes

Required Experience:

  • Logistics or production experience
  • Knowledge of packing
  • Able to read and write
  • Experience using a pump truck (preferred)
  • Exposure to quality checking
